80% of our repairs will be complete within 1 to 2 hours, if we need to take your pc away for repair you will have it back the next working day unless we advise you otherwise.

Our hourly rate is very reasonable and the time we take to solve your problems is quite impressive as well, put the two together and yes, you certainly have value for your money.
A personal service
We would like to think you will call on us for our services for as long as you own a computer. We won't be sending you an invoice for advice over the telephone, or expect you to call a premium rate number and our current customers won't get an invoice for a 2 minute job that isn't out of our way.
